Upper & Lower Body Relationship (IMPORTANT TO READ)

Upper & Lower Body Relationship:
Your breathing mechanics will impact your relationship between your upper and lower body.
One of the most common errors when we exercise or do our daily activities is losing the relationship between the upper and lower body. The pelvis and ribcage need to be stacked. So that means no rib flare and no anterior pelvic tilt. The rib flare puts you in a hyper inflated state and makes it hard for the diaphragm to ascend fully and relax when you exhale.
Make sure you are FULLY exhaling as this helps you bring the ribs down & engage the TVA. It also helps you relax the psoas.

Here's some inspiration:

This was my rib flare and anterior pelvic tilt! I decided to work on fixing this in 2017 (because I was in pain!).
The content in the breathing clinic and TVA clinic is MONEY for fixing this! The first step is fixing breathing mechanics. That's why I tell everyone to start in the breathing clinic first. And if you haven't done this clinic, please do it!
The way you breathe will impact the relationship between your rib cage and pelvis. Look how quickly Shaylyn improved her stacking in just 5 days of doing the breathing clinic! Mind blowing!
