Low Back Pain Exercise Routine: 8 Minutes

Low back pain ... it's bound to happen to almost all of us. There is no denying that a weak core (including the TVA, psoas and pelvic floor) can affect the lower back.

Low back pain is no fun. I filmed this routine in August 2019 (and I included some 2021 inspirational updates). It consists of exercises you can do to help you get some relief. You can do this 8 minute routine daily, and finish with the CRP to free the psoas.

  1. Core breathing to stabilize the lower spine and pelvis
  2. Pelvic tilts
  3. Knees to chest to stretch the lower spine
  4. SI stretch
  5. Spine articulation
  6. Alternating lying leg raises
  7. CRP to free the psoas
