Classical Pilates Routine: 30 Minutes

This is a 30-minute Core Mat 1 Pilates Class (classical, of course!). You can do this, even if you are a beginner!

I filmed this in Sept 2019 when I became a certified Pilates Instructor (I've improved a lot since then, so it's neat for you to see this vintage footage!).

This Power Pilates program is based on the principle that "before working the peripheral parts of the body the core needs to be strong and stable". Through establishing a core connection, you will be able to completely change your body and rid yourself of chronic weaknesses.
