Duration: 4 weeks (30 days)
Workouts Per Week: 4 new video workouts/week, for a total of 16 different high intensity interval workout videos. Sara will take you through every muscle-building, fat-burning workout during this exciting 4 week plan.
Workout Length: ~10 minutes
Level: intermediate. Advanced options provided.
Facility Required: none. Work out at home.
Workout Type: high intensity intervals: Jump Rope Cardio, Total Body HIIT, Glutes HIIT, Plyometrics, Pilates, Optional Sandbag Carries.
Warm-Ups: provided prior to the workouts to ensure your core, glutes, lats, and pecs are engaged!
Don't Worry: Sara will lead you through the entire workout, so you don't need a timer, and you don't need to worry about remembering what comes next. All you need to focus on is keeping up with Sara and breathing through your nose!
Expert Instruction: Dr. Sara Solomon has a BSc in Physical Therapy. She is a certified StrongFit Coach, a Power Pilates Mat Level 1 Instructor, a Buddy Lee Jump Rope Level 2 Instructor, a CrossFit Level-1 trainer, a Mad Dogg SPINNING instructor, an ACE personal trainer, and a NASM fitness nutrition specialist. She's been an online fitness influencer since 2008, and was one of the original WBFF PRO fitness models. Sara loves helping people feel better about themselves using movement, nutrition, and laughter! When she's not working, you'll find Sara playing with her 2 Siamese cats, doing handstands and splits, loom knitting, baking healthy treats, or pole dancing!
Workout Progression: Over the course of 4 weeks, Sara will increase the intensity at just the right pace. All you have to do is show up ready to attack each workout! You don’t need long workouts to get results. Sara can kick your butt in 4 to 10 minutes! You just need to be fully present and ready to take productive action. You will learn how to breathe and feel your muscles so you can build muscle and lose fat.
Breathing: Sara will teach you how to breathe during the workouts to optimize your results. She will also show you how to use your breath to activate your core and to establish your mobility. Suffer from jumping urinary incontinence? No worries: Sara will teach you how to strengthen your pelvic floor so you can jump rope without any issues.
Mindset Training: It won’t be easy, but you don’t want it to be easy; otherwise, you won’t change. Change only happens you are forced to step outside your comfort zone. Sara will help you get physically and mentally stronger.

Bonus 2: Jump Rope Video Lessons. If you don't know how to jump rope, don't worry. Sara has included video lessons so you can master 11 of Buddy Lee's techniques: bounce step, alternate-foot step, high-step, side straddle, forward straddle, x-foot cross, skier's jump, bell jump, forward shuffle, backward shuffle, double unders.
Bonus 3:Sandbag Training Tutorials. Although sandbag training is optional in this program, Sara has included sandbag training video tutorials in case you want to learn how to do Sandbag Carries, Squats, Front Squats, Cleans, Overhead Presses, and Dimmel Deadlifts.

The 30-Day Igniter workouts are 10 minute workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment. Just play the video and do the workout with Sara. The movements she takes you through are designed to bring positive results to your health and well-being. Do You Need Special Equipment?
Yes. Although most of the workouts only use body weight, others do require a jump rope, dumbbells, kettlebells, a sandbag (optional) and glide discs (optional).Scaled version of exercises are demonstrated, in case you don’t have a sandbag.
What is the Weekly Schedule Like?
You can rearrange these to suit your needs:
Monday: Jump Rope Intervals
Tuesday: Total Body HIIT
Thursday: Glutes & Cardio HIIT
Saturday: Classical Pilates
Sunday: Optional Sandbag Carry.
How long does a challenge last?
The challenge is 30 days. You can do the program independently, at any time. But if you desire increased accountability and community support, then you can join the JANUARY facebook group challenge (it starts on Monday January 4th, 2021).
