1. Recipes

I want to give a shout-out to 2 of my #TeamSS members, Armi Fernandez and Rebecca Capodici. Both are supermom's.

Being a mom is the most important job in the word, but it doesn't mean you have to lose who you are. It's important as a mom to invest time in yourself because if you're not looking after yourself, then you can't be a good mom. I love how Armi and Rebecca make fitness and healthy nutrition something that the entire family can share together. Props to both moms for being awesome fitness role models for their kids.

Armi and Rebecca do a beautiful job making my recipes. Their food styling and photography is out of this world. I wanted to share their masterpieces with you. I'm so proud of their achievements with fitness and nutrition. Both ladies are eating a healthy amount of calories (no more dieting)! I also love how consistent they are: I enjoyed watching both ladies spend months working towards their goals: Armi mastered her double unders and Rebecca mastered her air squat. BOOM!
