My easy banana bread recipe is low in sugar! Perfect for anyone following my Fat Loss Fast System.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F

Mix the following in a large bowl:


Place into a silicone loaf pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake for ~35 minutes. Do the toothpick test to confirm it is fully cooked


Nutritional Information:

This yields a pretty large loaf. I cut it into 8 generous pieces.

For 1/8th of the loaf (ie. one piece):

  • calories: 159, fat: 10.6g, saturated fat: 4.5g, cholesterol: 0mg, sodium: 56.7mg, carbohydrate: 11.3g, fiber: 3.9g, net carbs: 7.4g, sugars: 4.8g, protein: 5.2g
