  2. Wow, I really hated that. I don’t know which I hated more – toss up between twisting pistons right after the burpee push-ups or the tuck jumps. Equally horrible. But, boy, do I feel FAH-bulous now that it’s done! I am amazed at the results with so little effort – yes I’m IF’ing & I’m a walking testimonial. I had to pin my suit pants on my last trip because I didn’t realize how much weight I’d lost. Still more to go, but well on the way…

And btw, I have a very tight space & low ceiling for jump rope. Totally do-able.

    Cheers,
    ez

  3. HI Sara! love your hiit session.
Just wondering if you can purchase your jump rope anywhere else besides amazon? I live in Australia and follow you on FB, have also been trying to enter in your comps but it’s not letting me saying I’m out of region. 🙁
Oh well. good luck for those who do enter your comps. xx

  4. I have an injured back, two different surgeries. One including an implant of a spinal cord stimulator. Also have compressed disc C6 and C7 with a pinched nerve. I have always been active till about 4 yrs ago but recent;y just started out slowly on the stair climber and cross country skier machine. I want to strengthen my core and also lose that extra 20 lbs I have sitting there. My gold weight is 200. I was at 234 but while doing so I wan to tighten everything.
    Thanks for your help

  8. I just finished this workout along with another short one. I’m new to exercise after not doing any for almost 2 yrs. I recently had my 3rd child and am making this the year to incorporate me on getting healthy. The first 20lbs after the birth came off easy ….now I have another 20 to go but really I’m hoping for 30 by the fall. I wanted to say thank you for posting these short but intense workouts. I finally feel I’ve found what I’ve been searching the web for in your videos. While I have a long way to go before I can complete the excercises to their full capacity I am enjoying the challenge. I can hold a plank for ….. Maybe 8 sec…..looking forward to the day I can hold it the entire 40sec. And those tuck jumps…..ahhhh…..soooo not able to get even one so for now I alternate high knees until I can strengthen my core. My little girls who are home with me like the challenge too. While big sissy is at school my 2yr old likes to try excercising like mommy….and my 3mth old is happy to kick her legs in her jolly jumper. Thank you again for egnighting the drive in my heart that before was only in the back of my mind at bedtime saying…..”I’ll start tomorrow”….and then never did.

  10. Sara, I am 48-yrs. old and I have worked out for much of my adult life and, while I was never overweight, I never really developed the definition I always wanted. I thought it was just my body type. I could never get rid of some of the stubborn niggles here and there. Moreover, after 45, I started developing a bit of a belly that seemed determined to flab around; a right of passage I thought, that went with the territory of 45-yrs. and over. Buttttt….since my stumble upon Sara, and giving your lifestyle and workouts a chance, I am seeing the changes I had thought were just not going to happen. This sounds like a shameless plug for Sara. And it is. But it’s also just a note to say thanks. This has been life-changing. I’ll be signing up to be a member by week’s end.
