Frozen Reindeer Poops

Today's Recipe is courtesy of TeamSS member, Sonya Walton!

"A simple snack and not too calorie heavy. You can eat a WHOLE bucket of poop for ~290 calories, and it packs a whopping 50.5g of protein! You only need 3 ingredients." ~Sonya

frozen reindeer poops recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Whey (chocolate)
  • 1 cup of nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 TBSP of PB2 to impart a peanut butter flavour

Recipe:

Combine the yogurt, protein powder and PB2 in a small bowl. Transfer to a Ziploc bag. Squeeze all the mixture toward the bottom corner of the bag, and snip the corner off the end of the bag. Squeeze the bag to drop lil poops onto a cookie sheet (line with a silpat mat or parchment paper). Place the tray in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, longer if you like to munch on harder poops. Enjoy! The entire serving is less than 300 calories.

Most people don’t realize their posture, tightness, pee leaks, plateaus, and injuries are all connected. That’s where I come in. Hi! I’m Dr. Sara Solomon. I have degrees in physiotherapy (BSc) and dentistry (DMD), and I specialize in helping midlife humans finally understand their body. Inside my Strength Academy, I teach you how to fix what’s actually holding you back: your breathing mechanics, core control, and nervous system ... and then build real strength and mobility on top of it. Strength that transfers to life and badass skills like pull-ups, handstands, splits and Nauli Kriya (yes, that’s a thing 👽). Come for the pain relief. Stay for the unexpected power.
