My TeamSS member, Jodie Stephens-Quintero is sharing her 2 yummy high protein sandwiches with us! And you'll never guess what her secret high protein ingredient are??


Tuna Salad Sandwich

Triple Protein Sandwiches


Recipe:

Combine the following in a bowl and mix:

  • 1/3 cup tuna (low sodium) packed in water (Drain it)
  • 3 TBSP  fat free cottage cheese (instead of mayonnaise)
  • 1/8 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp relish
  • season to taste

Toast 2 slices of P28 High Protein Bread

Make the sandwich: place the tuna salad, lettuce and tomatoes.

calories: 417, fat: 10.4g, saturated fat: 1g, cholesterol: 33.8mg, sodium: 498.5mg, carbohydrates: 33.3g, fiber: 5.8g, sugars: 11.8g, protein: 52.5g


 

Egg Salad Sandwich

Recipe:

Combine the following in a bowl and mix:

  • 1 chopped hard boiled egg (I purchase mine already hard boiled to save time)
  • 3 TBSP  fat free cottage cheese (instead of mayonnaise)
  • 1/8 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp relish
  • season to taste

Toast 2 slices of P28 High Protein Bread

Make the sandwich: place the egg salad, lettuce and tomatoes.
