Toothsome Treats

Toothsome Treats

Chew on This!

Here is a toothsome Hallowe'en treat that won't cause tooth decay!

Now at first glance, you may think I used marshmallows. Did you really think I'd use sugary marshmallows? Everyone knows that marshmallows are ghost poo.

Read below to find out the "marshmallow alternative" I used...

Recipe:

  • Gala apple: cut and carve into lip shapes (optional: create a cupid's bow in the upper lip).
  • Cut La Nouba Marshmallows (fat free, no sugar, no carbs) into teeth shapes (use scissors)
  • Stack 6 marshmallows onto the lower lip, then rest the upper lip on top.
  • Use 1 TBSP Peanut Butter (I used white chocolate Peanut Butter by P28) to make the marshmallows and apples stick together. You could also use PB2 (to save calories)
