Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar:

Today I'm going to teach you how to make a "knock-off" Quest Bar using only 3 ingredients.

  3. So glad you posted this ;)). I found VitaFiber a couple months ago & have been experimenting ever since. I use the powder for baking breads, muffins etc, & the syrup for the protein bars.
    I still love my quest Apple bars but, it’s a nice change up to make my own ;)))

    @Tammy there is a websight BioNeutra ….. That makes VitaFiber & that now opened a store to buy it online ; ))))
    I have since found a lot more sights selling IMO’s but I’m sticking with VitaFiber
    So far my favorite is a banana nut ;))) so easy to make & no added anything ;))))

  9. Vita Fiber is yummy. I sprinkled PB2 on top of my chocolate bar. I make it before I workout and I get to come home to a treat. This help me deter other temptations while running errands! Thank you Sara.
