Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar:

Today I'm going to teach you how to make a "knock-off" Quest Bar using only 3 ingredients.

  • skillet
  • bowl, plate
  • plastic wrap

Why VitaFiber?

  • It's comprised of IMO (isomalto-oligosaccharide)
  • It's a low calorie health sweetener
  • It's a soluble prebiotic fiber (it's 90% fiber). That's why the protein bars are low carb.
  • It improves overall gastrointestinal health
  • It's non-GMO, sugar-free and gluten-free

Why BSN Syntha-6 Isolate?

  • It's 80% casein protein.
  • Casein protein creates a better texture for the Protein Bars.

  1. OMG!!! I have to find Vitafiber!!!!!

    • Um Tammy, the “oh Canada came thru” song …. that was for you! lol

  2. Oh Canada you finally come through!! Lol

  3. So glad you posted this ;)). I found VitaFiber a couple months ago & have been experimenting ever since. I use the powder for baking breads, muffins etc, & the syrup for the protein bars.
I still love my quest Apple bars but, it’s a nice change up to make my own ;)))

@Tammy there is a websight BioNeutra ….. That makes VitaFiber & that now opened a store to buy it online ; ))))
I have since found a lot more sights selling IMO’s but I’m sticking with VitaFiber
So far my favorite is a banana nut ;))) so easy to make & no added anything ;))))
Thanks Dr.Sara for keeping us updated ;))

  4. Totally fab, I bought some vitafiber a while ago and have just started experimenting–I have made some half decent caramel popcorn with it and cookies

  8. Fun!!!

  9. Vita Fiber is yummy. I sprinkled PB2 on top of my chocolate bar. I make it before I workout and I get to come home to a treat. This help me deter other temptations while running errands! Thank you Sara.
