The 60 Day Transformation Challenge has nearly 200 participants who are sharing in the journey of losing fat using my intermittent fasting, flexible dieting and HiiT Home Workout Program. Here's Maxine's Recipe:
Mix the following in a blender:
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup Quick oats (previously grounded in a blender)
- 1 TBSP Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1/2 scoop Whey (Vanilla)
Make the pancake:
- Place the batter onto a non-stick skillet over medium heat (or use non-stick cooking spray). Flip the pancake (with a big spatula) after a few minutes (when you can see the bottom has turned golden brown). Cook the opposite side for a few minutes until it also turns golden brown.
- 1/4 of a banana sliced
- 1 TBSP dark chocolate chips melted and drizzled over pancake
