Nutritional Information:

This makes a very large portion! I cut it into 20 breadsticks. I ate 1/3 of it (~6 to 7 slices), and saved the rest in the fridge for another day.

This is the macronutrient breakdown for 1 slice (1/20th of recipe): calories: 31, fat: 1.5g, saturated fat: 0.5g, cholesterol: 19.5mg, sodium: 64.1mg, carbohydrates: 3.2g, fiber: 1g, net carbs: 2.2g, sugars: 0.8g, protein: 1.6g

Compare this to 1 slice of Pizza Hut's Breadsticks with Cheese: calories: 170, fat: 7g, saturated fat: 3g, cholesterol: 13mg, sodium: 15 mg, carbohydrates: 20g, fiber: 1g, net carbs: 19g, sugars: 2g, protein: 8g

So you can have 6 of my cauliflower breadsticks, or you can have 1 breadstick from Pizza Hut!

Tips:

I made this batch of Cheesy Garlic Cauliflower Breadsticks on Sunday night. (Jan. 19).

It's Tuesday (Jan. 21), and I added more seasoning and toasted them. Still tastes great!

So yes, you can store them in the fridge for a few days and toast 'em up! Look!
