Faux Breadsticks are the best thing since sliced bread!
- Made with Cauliflower!
- Low Carb
- Gluten Free
- Tastes like Bread … but is a fraction of the calories, carbs, fat and guilt!
- 1 cauliflower head (6-7")
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup of Daiya Dairy Free Mozzarella Style Shreds (or you can use skim cheese)
- A dash of dehydrated minced garlic flakes
- Salt Free Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

This makes a very large portion! I cut it into 20 breadsticks. I ate 1/3 of it (~6 to 7 slices), and saved the rest in the fridge for another day.

I made this batch of Cheesy Garlic Cauliflower Breadsticks on Sunday night. (Jan. 19).
It's Tuesday (Jan. 21), and I added more seasoning and toasted them. Still tastes great!
So yes, you can store them in the fridge for a few days and toast 'em up! Look!
