Join the thousands of members transforming pain, stiffness, and frustration into pain-free movement.
If any of these sound familiar, you’re in the right place:
That’s not normal, and it’s not something you have to live with.
You need a step-by-step system that addresses the root cause.
This program wasn’t generated by AI, and it wasn’t thrown together over a weekend to make a quick buck.
It took me 15 months of obsessive work to build, test, refine, rebuild, and improve.
The truth is…
I MADE IT FOR MYSELF.
Back in 2016, a public comment on YouTube changed the trajectory of my training forever:
“Your shoulder at 0:11 is creeping me out.”
My left shoulder sat noticeably uneven. I suffered from recurring intercostal injuries, chronic left-sided neck tension, relentless tightness in my left lower back, and an upper back that felt locked up like concrete.
I spent years trying to outwork the dysfunction.
Despite all my training, I still struggled with:
Pain during handstands, pull-ups, and overhead movements
A left rotator cuff tear
A debilitating left wrist injury
Recurring rib and intercostal injuries
Chronic neck and lower back tension
A pull-up plateau that seemed impossible to break
I became obsessed with figuring out what I was missing.
Why did the solution feel like an impossible mystery to solve?
Through years of study, coaching, mentorship, and self-experimentation, I began connecting the dots between breathing mechanics, ribcage position, shoulder blade function, core pressure management, posture, mobility, strength, and movement quality, especially overhead.
And that changed everything.
Everything I learned became the foundation of this program.
✓ Corrected the uneven shoulder position that had affected both my movement and confidence for years
✓ Increased my pull-up performance from a long-standing plateau of only 2-3 consecutive reps to 10 strict pull-ups
✓ Reclaimed my strict ring muscle-up
✓ Eliminated the shoulder pinching, neck stiffness, low back pain, and wrist pain that once limited my handstand and backbending training
✓ Developed a body that recovers faster from setbacks instead of being sidelined by them

You’ve tried:
But you’re still dealing with recurring pain, stiffness, movement limitations, and frustrating flare-ups.
Why?
The Result?
Does this sound familiar?
Eventually you start telling yourself:
Neither is usually the answer.
Pain often returns because the underlying problem was never addressed. The body simply returns to the same movement strategy that created the problem in the first place.
Fix Your Upper Body is a 6-month program designed to help you address the underlying factors that contribute to upper body pain, stiffness, instability, compensation patterns, and movement limitations.
Instead of chasing symptoms, you’ll rebuild the pieces most programs miss.
Here’s what you’ll rebuild:
Through assessments, reassessments, educational lessons, and 45+ follow-along routines, you’ll learn how to build an upper body that moves better, feels better, and performs better.
Unlike most programs, you won’t be handed a PDF and left to figure things out on your own.
Simply press play and follow along.

If you identify with any of these, you’re going to love this bonus:
Most people think their problem is their shoulder, neck, back, hip, or pelvic floor.
Often, it isn’t.
Poor breathing mechanics can contribute to pain, stiffness, compensation patterns, poor posture, mobility restrictions, and pelvic floor dysfunction throughout the body.
That’s why breathing is the foundation of this program.
If you identify with any of these, you’re going to love this bonus:
Most people think they need more cardio, more steps, more intensity, more sweat, or more suffering.
Often, they don’t.
The problem isn’t cardio itself. It’s doing cardio in a way your body can’t properly adapt to.
Learn how to build fitness without burnout, improve recovery, avoid common cardio mistakes, burn more fat, and finally get more from the work you’re already doing.
That’s what the Intelligent Cardio System is designed to teach.
Reduce pain and tightness so movement feels good again.
Build real structure, stability, mobility, and strength.
Improve posture, alignment, breathing, and core function.
Increase nervous system resilience + recovery.
Develop the prerequisites for push-ups, pull-ups, handstands, backbends, & more!
I really enjoyed all the cardio and zones information!! It helped connect some dots back to the nervous system training we were doing previously.
This is such a gold mine of information!! There's something for every type of learner and for everyone regardless of where they are in the movement journey. I have only scratched the surface and my mind is blown! Totally worth the wait! Thank you, Sara, for building this and sharing with us!
Since the end of week 2, I’ve been able to find my shoulder stabilizers. As a result, the nagging pain I’d often feel in my left shoulder, elbow and wrist is disappearing. This is so encouraging!
Behind this 5s of holding my 1st ever handstand is months of consistent & intentional work on my core & shoulder blades. From not being able to lock out my arms overhead … I’m doing effing handstands! Big thanks to Sara Solomon for leading by example and showing me that every little victory matters, no matter how small.
I can do pull-ups again! I have been working on the bar hangs from the program.
Sara, your follow-along routines are amazing. After only 2 sessions, I am able to fire my lats and shoulder stabilizers better than ever before. This already translates to movement like overhead carries. That’s really cool!
I have a lot less back and neck pain! I normally have to go to the chiro weekly for this. I’ve also found my lats as stabilizers. I was doing bench tricep dips today and used my lats! No more awful pec pain! Got me thinking… maybe there’s a sh*t ton more exercises I should doing this in.
I tested my scapular stability today and my ROM has more than doubled! I could only move about 3” before. I tried holding a chin-up and I was higher up at the top and was actually activating my lats! Instead of collapsing down, I slowly lowered all the way back down!
So thankful for you! I have been searching for support and answers for 10 years, but never found anything that got to the root of my pain. I love how you thoroughly explain everything. I’m happy to finally have some answers, know that I can meet my goals at 40 y.o, see results, feel pain relief and tap into newfound energy.

Many members complete the program while balancing work, family, pets, and busy schedules. An equipment list is provided below.
No. This system is specifically designed to complement your current training. Because sessions are short and concise, many members use these follow-along routines as their warm-up, mobility work, recovery work, or accessory training alongside their regular gym program.
Every surgery and recovery is unique. Before beginning this program, it’s important to get clearance from your surgeon, physician, or physical therapist. Once you’ve been approved for exercise, the program can help you gradually rebuild strength, mobility, confidence, and body awareness at a pace that respects your recovery.
Many of my members came to me after struggling with pain, stiffness, movement limitations, or recurring setbacks for years. While no program can guarantee results, this approach helps you better understand your body, improve movement quality, address common weak links, and build strength gradually and intelligently. I’ve seen people make meaningful progress even after years of frustration, and often the biggest breakthrough comes from finally understanding why their body is compensating in the first place.
The program is structured as a progressive 6-month plan, but you can move through it at your own pace.
If you prefer a more targeted approach, you’ll also have access to the Cherry Picker’s Library, allowing you to focus on the areas most relevant to your goals and challenges.
Many members notice improvements in mobility, comfort, posture, movement quality, and body awareness within the first 6 to 8 weeks. However, lasting change takes consistency, especially if you’ve been dealing with stiffness, compensation patterns, pain, or movement limitations for years.
Whether your goal is simply to move and feel better, or to build the mobility and strength required for more advanced skills such as handstands, you’ll have a clear roadmap to follow. You’ll also receive lifetime access, so you can revisit the lessons, routines, and exercises whenever your body needs them.
Absolutely. You’ll start with the Foundations, and then progress from there.
Not directly.
This program builds the prerequisites that most people skip: scapular control, overhead mobility, thoracic extension, shoulder stability, breathing mechanics, and alignment.
If you’ve hit a plateau or experience pinching, stiffness, or discomfort during advanced movements, this program helps build the foundation needed to progress safely.
