Recipe:

1. Make the Chicken

If you don't know how to make chicken, then buy a roasted chicken in your grocery store. Otherwise, toss your chicken breast on the skillet or in the oven. Heck, you could even boil it.

2. Slap Everything in the Skillet

Dump all of this into your skillet (coated in PAM) on your stove top (medium heat):

EAT!

  1. I gotta say I was a bit skeptical after smelling the rice fresh out of the bag however I was pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the dish 🙂 Thanks Sara!

  2. How is this considered clean, with the Alfredo containing sucralose? Isn’t that an artificial sweetener?

  3. Sara sara bo bara,
Awesome recipe! I just made a similar version with spaghetti squash ( which I noticed wasn’t in any other recipes). If you haven’t tried it, I highly reccommend it! It totally takes the place of pasta in any dish. 🙂
You are awesome! Did I mention I like to use the word “awesome”…….. xoxo
