Banana Perfection is right!
These look amazing, but they taste even better than they look! Nom nom nom!
In a Magic Bullet (or blender), blend the following:
- 3/4 cup of egg whites
- 1/2 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Whey (Banana flavour)
- 1/3 cup of rolled oats
- dash (1/2 tsp) of cinnamon
Place the batter onto a non-stick skillet over medium heat (or use non-stick cooking spray)
Flip the pancake (with a big spatula) after a few minutes (when you can see the bottom has turned golden brown). Cook the opposite side for a few minutes until it also turns golden brown.
