60 Day Transformation Challenge Rules

1. I call it my “Challenge” because I want to challenge you to achieve your personal transformation and reward you for doing it.


2. To participate in my Challenge here is what you need to do:

a) You need to be following one of my Online Gym Programs and you need a Facebook account. You need to log in to either of the online gym programs at JoinTeamSS.com and register for the 60 Day Transformation Challenge (it costs $27 to enter). Once you have entered, you will be invited into the private Facebook Forum. If your Facebook account uses a different email than your paypal account then please email sara@drsarasolomon.com with the email address you use to log into your Facebook account.


b) You need to do a video of yourself (use a smart phone, tablet, digital camera, or video recorder...and use the LANDSCAPE mode, not the portrait mode). On any day between January 11-17th (including the 17th) that you choose to film your entry video for the 60 Day Challenge, go to the private 60-Day Challenge Facebook Forum to get that day's four digit code. Note that each day between January 11th and the 17th (including the 17th), I will post a new 4 digit code for you in the Facebook Forum and pin it to the top of the Facebook page. Then start recording your video of yourself. Once it is recording start by saying the following:


  • your name, age, the city and country where you live
  • your exact weight on that day and your height. You can also state your body fat percentage, but this is optional.
  • the four digit code
  • which program you are using for the challenge (Phase 1 or Phase 2.1).
  • what is your goal? Is it to gain muscle? Lose fat? Something else?
  • is this your first time doing one of Sara's 60 Day Transformation Challenges? (note: it's possible for previous winners to win again!).

I then want you to show me how you look on day one of the Challenge, so stand still for a few seconds facing the camera, then turn and show your right side, then turn and show yourself from the back, and then turn and show your left side. Then stop the camera. The video cannot be any longer than 2 minutes. This Challenge is about your personal transformation in just 60 days so you need to show me what you look like on day one with this video so I can compare it to what you look like at the end of the challenge. That is why you need to wear clothing that shows your legs, arms, shoulders, and midriff. A two piece bathing suit would be good, but you can wear something else similar (just not lingerie or underwear please). After you make your video you should play it to make sure you like it and that your name and other information at the beginning is clear. If you do not like it, do it again until you get one you like. This is very important: you cannot make edits to your video. Your video has to be continuous with no stops. You also have to make sure that the video shows all of you from your knees to your head.


Once you have finished your video, immediately take before photos (front, side, rear views captured from the knees to the top of your head).



c) Once you are satisfied with your day one video, go to the private Facebook forum and upload your video. The four digit number in your video must be the four digit number for the day you upload your video. You must film and upload your video between January 11 and January 17 (cut off 11:59pm EST) because the contest officially starts January 18, 2016. Everyone starts the workout programs together on January 18th.


d) Once you have uploaded your video, please email sara@drsarasolomon.com your 3 photos, full name, paypal email address, mailing address, D.O.B, weight, height, body fat percentage (optional) and indicate which workout program you will be using for the challenge (Phase 1 or Phase 2.1).


e) On March 17th, 2016 you will repeat the process that I describe in item (b). You will need to made a video of yourself on March 17th, 2016 that is no longer than 5 minutes in which you start by saying the following:

  • your name, age, the city and country where you live
  • your exact weight on that day and your height. You can also state your body fat percentage, but this is optional.
  • the four digit code (this will be posted in the Facebook Group March 17th).
  • which program you used for the challenge (Phase 1 or Phase 2.1).
  • Did you achieve your goal? e.g. Did you lose fat? Gain lean body mass? How much weight did you lose? Are you stronger? Did your body fat percentage drop (how much)? What emotional obstacles did you overcome? What was your favourite part of the challenge?

After you make your video you should play it to make sure you like it and that your name and other information at the beginning is clear. Remember that the purpose of your 60 day video is to allow the judges to see your transformation when they compare it to your entry day video.


Once you have finished your video, immediately take after photos (front, side, rear views from the knees to the top of your head). Please post the video on March 17th, 2016 in the Facebook forum with the 4 digit code provided. Once you have uploaded your video, please email sara@drsarasolomon.com your 3 photos, full name, weight, height, body fat percentage (optional) and written testimonial.


f) The qualified registered participant who in the opinion of the judges (one of whom is Dr. Sara Solomon) achieves the best transformation in the 60 day period will receive $2,500.00; the first runner up will receive $1,000.00 and the second runner up will receive $500.00 (in the currency of your country). These three rewards will be announced on April 1st, 2016 in the Facebook Forum. In arriving at their decision the judges will be studying the January entry video/photos and March 17th video/photos of the participants to come to their decision as to who has achieved the best physical improvement by following Sara's programs (you must follow Sara's programs to be eligible). Your physical transformation will be an important, but not the only, factor. Your level of participation and interaction in the Facebook group is also heavily taken into consideration. There will be fun challenges (with prizes) throughout the 60 days, and you are encouraged to participate. Note that it is possible to win more than once.


g) By registering to participate in Dr. Sara’s 60 Day Transformation Challenge a participant agrees that Dr. Sara Solomon is the owner of the videos, photos and content (i.e. recipes) that you upload for the Challenge and you transfer to her the copyright to such videos, still pictures, and content. Participants agree that Dr. Sara Solomon may use, or authorize the use of, the participant’s videos, still pictures and content produced in promotional or advertising materials for Dr. Sara Solomon’s website, products, services, promotions, presentations and lectures. The Challenge winner and first and second runners up agree to co-operate in the taking of additional photographs and videos if requested by Dr. Sara Solomon, which photographs and videos will be the property of Dr. Sara Solomon and may be used for Dr. Sara Solomon’s website, products, services, promotions, presentations and lectures. For the rules regarding any content you submit to Dr. Sara Solomon, please read the "submissions" section of the Terms of Service found at DrSaraSolomon.com.


h) Participants must be healthy enough to participate in weight loss and exercise programs. All participants agree by registering to participate in the Challenge that they will not employ methods to increase their weight for the beginning of the Challenge or engage in unsafe, extreme, or illegal methods of weight loss. Participants agree that Dr.Sara Solomon may in her sole discretion disqualify participants who she concludes have not abided by these rules.


i) Participation in the Challenge is optional. If you are a winner of a cash or other reward you will be responsible for the payment of any taxes on that cash or reward levied by the taxing authorities in your place of residence. This is an international challenge: those over the legal age of majority in their place of residence may participate in the Challenge.
