The skinny trend is making a comeback, and with it comes the pressure to shrink ourselves again.

If you’ve started questioning your body because everyone suddenly seems dramatically thinner, you’re not alone.

This video isn’t about judging people who use GLP-1 medications or other medical treatments. Many people genuinely need these therapies, and they can be life-changing when used appropriately.

This conversation is about something different: the growing pressure to chase extreme thinness and treat it as proof of discipline, credibility, or success. I’m choosing not to participate in that cycle.
