Stop Dieting!
Finding a routine that works for your unique body is the ultimate secret to long-term health, and for me, that routine is intermittent fasting. As an intermittent faster, I naturally skip breakfast because eating early in the morning makes me feel nauseous, whereas saving my eating window for the afternoon and evening works perfectly with my lifestyle. I find that I am much more relaxed at night, which allows my body to digest food better and lets me fully enjoy my meals stress-free. Healthy eating doesn't have to be restrictive or fit into a traditional three-meals-a-day box.
