NAVIGATING GRIEF: What Grief Does To Your Body, Nervous System & Plans

On August 31, I lost my beloved Siamese, Coco, after more than 11 years together. This video is about what navigating that loss actually looked like for me, not just emotionally, but physically, and through the lens of the nervous system.

In this vlog, I take you through what happened to my nervous system the day I lost Coco, the grief workout I used the following day, how I knew when to stop, why small everyday actions helped me keep moving, and what happened when reality completely derailed my plans.
