Workout: It's a HiiT (25 minutes), consisting of 3 rounds of 10 exercises.

40 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest

  1. Lateral Raises (DBs)
  2. Jump Rope
  3. Shoulder Presses (DBs)
  4. Two-Handed KB Swings (KB)
  5. Windshield Washer Push-Ups
  6. BOSU: Jumping Jack Plank x 2 --> Push-ups x 2
  7. Rear Delt Flys (resistance band)
  8. Jump Rope
  9. Ab Wheel Rollouts
  10. BOSU: Push-Up --> Super Burpee
