40 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest

  1. Hip Thrusters (Sandbag & Bench)
  2. Ball Hamstring Curl
  3. Booty Band Jumps
  4. R Bulgarian Split Squat (bench, dumbbells)
  5. L Bulgarian Split Squat
  6. Jump Rope Medley
  7. Squats (dumbbells)
  8. Deadlifts (sandbag)
