3. KB Swings (alternating arms)
4. Squat with alternating KB rows (drop KB in between) (drop & squat)
5. (R) Power Laterals x 10 => (L) Power Laterals x 10, (slow eccentric)
6. Squat => biceps curl => shoulder Press
