Workout: It consists of 5 rounds of 8 exercises: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest.
- Shoulder Press (resistance band)
- Jump Rope (power jumps)
- Plank Drags (glide discs)
- Burpee --> triceps push-up --> Punch & Squat (med ball)
- Med Ball Rolling Push-Ups
- Jumping Lunges
- Hamstring Ball Curls
- One-Arm KB Swings
