The Workout Breakdown:

Workout: It's an AMRAP (30 minutes). I did 3 rounds in 30 minutes...and my core was on fire!

You will notice I alternate each strength training move with jump rope (I was doing 30 double unders).

Do 10 reps of each TRX exercise

  2. TRX One Leg Plank with R Knee Tuck
  3. Jump Rope
  4. TRX Atomic Pike & Straddle
  5. Jump Rope
  6. TRX R Row with Torso Rotation
  7. TRX L Row with Torso Rotation
  8. Jump Rope
  9. TRX R Side Plank with rotation
  10. TRX L Side Plank with rotation
  11. Jump Rope
  12. TRX Exploding Fallout
  13. Jump Rope
