The Workout Breakdown:

Workout: It's an AMRAP (30 minutes).

Note that I completed 3 rounds in 35 minutes (I kept going until I was done). You will notice I sandwich each strength training move with jump rope (after I was warmed up, I was doing 30 double unders).
