  1. Bounce Step (BS)
  2. Bounce Step (cw & ccw)
  3. Alternate-Foot Step (AFS)
  4. High Step (HS)
  5. Side Straddle (SS)
  6. 4 BS --> 4 Power Jumps (PJ)
  7. AFS --> 1 PJ --> SS --> 1 PJ
  8. AFS --> 4 PJ --> SS --> 4 PJ

Part 2: Core Workout: 30s Work, 10s Rest, 7 ex's, 4 rounds

  1. Heel Touches
  2. Jumping Jack Planks (BOSU)
  3. R Plank Dips (BOSU)
  4. L Plank Dips (BOSU)
  5. Knee Tucks (discs)
