The Workout Breakdown:

  • ~30 minute total body workout: 7 tabatas, each 4 minutes, 20s Work, 10s Rest
  • Each tabata workout alternates 2 exercises

  • Tabata 1: Jump Rope High Step, Competition Burpees
  • Tabata 2: Power Jumps, Alternate Foot Stacker Push-Ups
  • Tabata 3 (med ball):  Toe Taps, Squat & Rotational Press
  • Tabata 4 (glide discs): Travelling Mountain Climbers, Hamstring Curls
  • Tabata 5 (Kettlebells): Sumo Squats, 2-Handed Kettlebell Swings
  • Tabata 6: BOSU up/downs, BOSU burpees
  • Tabata 7: Jump Rope Medley, Plank Dumbbell Rows
