The Workout Breakdown:
- ~30 minute total body workout: 7 tabatas, each 4 minutes, 20s Work, 10s Rest
- Each tabata workout alternates 2 exercises
- Tabata 1: Jump Rope High Step, Competition Burpees
- Tabata 2: Power Jumps, Alternate Foot Stacker Push-Ups
- Tabata 3 (med ball): Toe Taps, Squat & Rotational Press
- Tabata 4 (glide discs): Travelling Mountain Climbers, Hamstring Curls
- Tabata 5 (Kettlebells): Sumo Squats, 2-Handed Kettlebell Swings
- Tabata 6: BOSU up/downs, BOSU burpees
- Tabata 7: Jump Rope Medley, Plank Dumbbell Rows
