  5. High Step
  6. BOSU toe taps (circular)
  7. 10 Power Jumps --> 10 Bounce Steps
  8. BOSU toe taps (circular)

Part 2: Core and Plyometrics Workout (BOSU edition): 25s Work, 10s Rest, 8 exercises, 4 rounds

  • BOSU Jumping Jack Planks
  • BOSU Super Burpes
  • BOSU Jumping Side Squats
  • BOSU Side Plank Dips (Right)
  • BOSU Twisting Pistons with Push-ups
  • BOSU Side Plank Dips (Left)
  • BOSU Burpee Jump Ups

Part 3: Anaerobic Finisher: 20s Work, 10s Rest, 4 minutes total

Alternate BOSU explosive crossover pushups with BOSU in & out squats
