Part 1: Jump Rope Warm-Up (2 minutes)


Part 2: Glute activation exercises

  • X-Band Walks
  • Glutes Bridging (bilateral and unilateral)

Part 3: Glutes Workout: 35 seconds Work, 10 seconds Rest, 6 Exercises, Repeat 4 times

  1. Sumo squats
  2. Alternating 1-arm kettlebell swings
  3. Right Single Leg Deadlift
  4. Left Single Leg Deadlift
  5. Squats
  6. Squat Jumps
