How to Learn The Splits

How to Learn The Splits

Did YOU see my VIDEO TOOTORIAL on the youtoob yet?

I teach you how to LEARN THE SPLITS! Very important so that it won't be the worst pain to be felt (a.k.a dying inside, a.k.a legs too far apart, a.k.a why did this happen to me?). You're welcome.

ps. I learned the splits when I was in my early 30's. K thanks.

  1. Hi Sara, great video tips but perhaps you should re-do it so we can see exactly what your doing. I’m 51 and still cant do the splits, I would like to do this before or after my workouts or even at home.

    Thanks

  2. I stumbled upon this video while going through your blog a few months ago and I started adding the exercises to my stretching routing every night. Granted I can’t hold them for very long, but I can now do the splits, so thank you Dr. Sara Solomon! Your SPLITorial rocks!
