SYNTHA-6 has a reputation for being the best-tasting protein powder on the market. The only catch is that one scoop is 200 calories, so it's better suited for "dudes". You can compromise and use 3/4 of a scoop for ~150 calories, but then you slash your protein intake. I prefer to use Syntha-6 Edge because it's just as tasty, and one scoop has 24g protein and only 150 calories.
For one scoop of Syntha-6: 200 calories, 6g fat, 14g carbs, 22g protein.
