SYNTHA-6 ISOLATE is a blend of fast- (whey protein isolate) and slow-release (milk protein isolate) protein sources. It has less calories, more protein, less carbs, and less fat than the original Syntha-6, making it a good choice for a fat loss regime. Syntha-6 Isolate is an ideal option for an intermittent faster to take at the end of his or her eating window because it contains CASEIN. It’s also suitable for any other time during the eating window.

Because it contains CASEIN, this makes it very THICK. So if you like to make protein pudding, then Syntha-6 Isolate is for you! Some people are turned off by the thick texture of casein shakes. If you buy it and dislike the texture of the shake, you can always use it to make recipes.
