This chocolate peanut butter donut recipe was created by TeamSS member, Jodie Quintero!
This recipe makes 4 donuts.
- 1/3 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 scoop chocolate Whey (vanilla)
- 3 tbs PB&Me powdered peanut butter (1 tbs for batter, 2 tbs for glaze)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk + 1 tbs for glaze
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 egg whites
- 4 tbsp Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (2 for batter and 2 for glaze)
- 1 tsp Truvia or alternative sweetener
- non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray non-stick cooking spray in 4 donut sections of donut baking pan.
Mix flour, egg whites, coconut milk, water, whey, cocoa , 2 tbs powdered peanut butter and 2 tbs syrup.
Fill 4 donut sections of pan.
Bake for 10 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan, let cool on cooling rack.
Mix together 2 tbs powdered peanut butter, 2 tbs syrup, Truvia , and 1 tbs coconut milk until well blended and smooth.
Dip face of cooled donuts in glaze. Sprinkle with favourite topping, if desired.
