The Workout Breakdown:
Part 1: Jump Rope Warm-Up (5 minutes): 35 seconds Work, 8 seconds of Rest
Part 2: Chest and Triceps Workout (BOSU edition): 4 QuadSets, 10 reps/exercise
- Side-to-Side PushUps
- Super Burpee PushUp
- TRX Triceps Extensions
- Plank Up/Downs
Part 3: Anaerobic Finisher: 35 seconds Work, 8 seconds Rest
