My mission is to help you enjoy food. It's one of life's pleasures. I want to help you find your groove with a sustainable approach to nutrition. I never want you to feel controlled or tormented by food. That is why I created the Fat Loss Fast System.

My Fat Loss Fast System teaches you how to make intermittent fasting and flexible dieting work for you.

  • Intermittent Fasting: refers to cycling between periods of fasting and non-fasting. Since you spend more time fasting than you do eating, it gives your body a chance to burn its stored fat for fuel. For example, you would eat all of your calories between 11am and 7pm (an 8-hour eating window). You would stop consuming calories after 7pm until 11am then next morning. Most of your fast happens when you are asleep, and you are permitted to drink coffee, tea, water and calorie-free beverages during your fast. Don't worry, my Fat Loss Fast System teaches you how to approach intermittent fasting so you can tailor it to suit your schedule, eating personality and goals.
  • Flexible Dieting: also know as IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros): is a sustainable approach to nutrition. You no longer have to rely on a meal plan, which is not practical anyway. From my own personal experience, I can tell you I failed miserably following meal plans. The problem with meal plans is that you are forced to demonize all foods that are not on the plan, which can lead to micronutrient deficiencies and an extremely unhealthy relationship with food. Rather, you get to select the foods that you want to eat. Flexible dieting is defined as consuming any food source that will fit into a fixed macronutrient/calorie total. Ideally, you want achieve low levels of body fat by meeting your macronutrient, caloric, and micronutrient needs, all while including some “unclean foods” in your diet. Including discretionary calories can help control the psychological cravings and binge eating associated with dieting. Don't worry, my Fat Loss Fast System teaches you how to approach flexible dieting so that you will be able to meet your nutritional needs.

WHY THE FAT LOSS FAST SYSTEM WORKS FOR ME:

  • I am not hungry because fasting suppresses my hunger. Having a narrow eating window provides me with satiety, and it minimizes the chances of over-consumption.
  • I’m more productive because I have more free time during the day since I don’t have to stop to prepare food and eat.
  • I can eat in restaurants and I don’t have to carry a cooler with me everywhere.
  • My meals have more calories compared to when I followed the frequent feeding model.
  • I can eat foods that were previously demonized on my former “6 meal a day” regime.
  • I can eat carbs at night.
  • I can eat freshly made food.
  • I have control over food, rather than food having control over me.
  • My mood is much better.
  • I have more energy and focus.
  • I used to catch 3 bad colds a year. Now I rarely catch colds, and if I do, it’s minor.

Here's an example of how I approach my nutrition on a daily basis.

You will note a common theme. I prioritize protein at every meal. A high protein diet promotes satiety.

Our appetites exceed our caloric requirements. No diet will work unless it can overcome the tendency to eat whenever food is available.
