When Do I Drink ENDORUSH?

I drink 1 serving of ENDORUSH 15-30 minutes before my workout if I need a  jolt of energy to help me push through my workout. I prefer not to take it after 3pm to ensure I will have no issues falling asleep at night. If I am training fasted, then I also take it with caffeine-free BCAAs AMINOx. 

ENDORUSH will have a negligible effect on your insulin, so don't worry about it breaking your fast.

I am also a fan of AMINOx EDGE because it has both BCAAs and caffeine, so it's my pre-workout and BCAAs conveniently combined into one product.
