Dr. Sara Solomon is the creator of the Fat Loss Fast System about Intermittent Fasting and Flexible Dieting. She has degrees from McGill University in dentistry (DMD) and physical therapy (B.Sc. PT). Being emotionally fit, means that we are better able to COPE with many factors, situations and “stresses” that would prevent us from living happy every day life. Finding a great life-work-relationship-family balance, is indeed a struggle and challenge for many of us.
    So what is emotional fitness?

    When some people think about dating, they may have a negative attitude or have negative experiences when it comes to “dating & relationships”; so some of us NEED to work on our “Emotional Fitness” in order to attract the right people and situations into our lives. We can increase our odds to finding the right one if we are more emotionally fit. Have you ever noticed how a weak heart and mind begin to affect your mood and physical fitness as well?
