Dr. Sara Solomon is the creator of the Fat Loss Fast System about Intermittent Fasting and Flexible Dieting. She has degrees from McGill University in dentistry (DMD) and physical therapy (B.Sc. PT). She is also a certified StrongFit Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, ACE personal trainer, NASM fitness nutrition specialist, Mad Dogg Spinning Instructor, Level 2 Buddy Lee Jump Rope Trainer and Ambassador, a Team Bodybuilding.com and BSN athlete, and a retired PRO Fitness Model.   2. I really love your transparency. I’m new to the program and its nice to have someone that is “real” and is, for lack of a better way to say it, “customer facing:”. I appreciate that I don’t have to wonder whether or not this is just a business. Its completely obvious that you are completely invested into helping us transition to a healthy, achievable lifestyle. The workouts are just fun… I feel like you’re in my living room! And that’s just cool. Thanks Sara.
